How fun and more perfect for an art teacher and history teacher is a visit to a 19th century Castle? We'll visit the Craigdarroch castle which and now serves as a historic house museum with beautiful decor, furnishings and wonderful history.

A sightseeing day out exploring the local lighthouse. Fort Rodd Hills extensive century-old fortifications include 3 gun batteries, barracks & searchlight emplacements. Fisgard Lighthouse, built in 1860, is Canadas oldest West Coast lighthouse.
