To start, we'd like to say that traveling down to Richmond to be with us on our special day, in our awesome city, means the world to us. There is nothing better than being with the people that we care about as we take a step forward to a brand new life together. We are so thrilled that we will be able to celebrate this hallow-wedding with y'all!

We have been lucky enough to have a lot of the "essential" home items that a newly engaged couple needs as we have been living together for just over two years in Richmond, VA. We have been wanting a romantic and perfect honeymoon experience together in Scotland more than anything! While Charlie and I have taken a few exciting trips together nearby in the surrounding states, we are very much looking forward to our first real travel adventure as husband and wife. It is what motivated us to decide on a honeymoon registry rather than a normal one. After-all, we are adventurous and love to explore anything new, especially a country with so much history! We greatly appreciate everyone checking out the registry and we will fondly remember these gifts for years to come. After all, the memories from an Celtic and romantic honeymoon will last forever, especially with all of the photos I plan to take!

We'll will do our best to document our honeymoon experience and share it in your much-deserved thank you note following the wedding events.

We're going to Scotland!

Scotland is a beautiful country with mystifying lochs surrounded by majestic hills, brushed with the purple hues of heather and the occasional thistle. In the distance, a circle of standing stones, inspired by the Gods of long gone era. This ancient land is home to a bloody history and amazing Celtic tradition.
We have always wanted to explore our Celtic roots as both Charlie and I have family lineage traveling back to Scotland, Ireland and England. We are hoping to travel into Scotland and explore the beautiful history that it has. As you know, Charlie and I love to explore, travel and visit museums, we are both history nerds!
Exploring the Lochs, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Highlands are just a few of the places that we are planning to travel to. Charlie has a family castle in Wick, Scotland called Castle Sinclair Girnigoe that we would love to visit and see a bit of his family history.
We are hoping to stay around the Glasgow or Edinburgh area as it has the most 'to do's' throughout the country; including Underground Ghost Tours of Edinburgh, Whiskey Distillery Tours and pubs just about everywhere!
We are insanely excited to spend our honeymoon together in the romantic and traditional Scotland. We've included some of the activities and experiences we'll be enjoying below. Thank you so much for considering a gift toward this once in a lifetime experience, it really means the world to us.
