Hi everyone!
First off, we'd like to say that your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. The time, effort, and expense of traveling to a destination location like Charleston to be with us is something we deeply appreciate, and we are so thrilled that we will be able to celebrate this happy occasion with you.
Having lived together for the past five years, we have been blessed to have accumulated many of the "essential" home items a newly engaged couple needs. We hope you find this registry as a way to help us make our perfect honeymoon come true! While we have taken many exciting trips together, we are very much looking forward to our first real adventure as husband and wife. It is because of the lifetime of memories we will gain from this trip that we finally settled on a honeymoon registry. We greatly appreciate and will fondly remember these gifts for years to come. We hope this alternative registry is a new and creative way to kickstart the marriage of a young couple.
We are leaving it up to our most trusted family and friends to choose which activities and experiences we will partake in on our honeymoon! We'll do our best to document our experience via photo and include it in your much-deserved "thank you" note.

We're going to Greece!
We are so excited to jet off on our beautiful honeymoon in Greece! We will be taking some time after the wedding to settle down a bit, and then we are planning on traveling to Greece around mid-september.
Although there are many islands and cities to check out in Greece, we have narrowed it down to a few beautiful and historical locations.
We will start the journey by flying into Athens and spending a few days there getting the lay of the land and visiting some of the must-see sights such as the Acropolis, Parthenon, various museums and gardens, etc.
Taking a ferry to Tinos, we will be visiting the island where many of Anna's relatives are from. We are going to take some time exploring the island and take it easy at an Airbnb. Tinos is well known for its many picturesque villages, including the famous marble village of Pyrgos.
Next on our trip, we will be island hopping to Syros. A hidden gem among the Cyclades islands, Syros is an island that rivals Santorini, but is not as populated with tourism. Art and culture is important on this island, with the Archeological Museum of Syros and the Apollo Theater being must see stops. Experiencing a little more authenticity for Greek life than the other islands, the culinary scene is all the rave. We are excited to keep it lowkey here for a day or so.
Continuing on, we will be spending a big chunk of our time in Santorini! We are so excited to experience such a gorgeous and exciting island. There is so much we hope to do and see here such winery tours, cooking classes(hopefully some pastitchio lol), jetski tours around the island, cliff diving, plenty of beaches, and more!
We are going to wrap up our island tour with Crete. The largest of the Greek isles, Crete is known for its historical and archeological locations as well such as Knossos Place and the Zeus Cave. We are looking forward to taking in the beautiful beaches like Balos Lagoon and Elafonissi Beach(pink sand!). Crete is another island with so much to do, from snorkelling in crystal clear blue water and taking a cruise around the island, to visiting monasteries and touring museums. Not to mention probably going to throw a little golf in there for Christian. The options in Crete go on and on.
Making our way back to Athen's, we will recoup for a day or two and then fly back home to Charleston! Probably not wanting to come back! haha
