We are very excited to be going to the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador! We will be spending most of our time on the M/V Deep Blue, a live aboard scuba diving boat. The Deep Blue is a 104 foot long yacht dedicated to taking scuba divers to the most remote, exotic and interesting dive sites around the Galapagos Islands. We're hoping to see many types of sharks, including whale sharks and hammerhead sharks, manta rays, sea lions, dolphins, whales and tons of fish.

In addition to scuba diving, we will be spending a lot of time hiking and exploring the islands that inspired Charles Darwin to write "The Origin of Species." After the seven days on the Deep Blue, we plan on spending a couple of days exploring mainland Ecuador where we will explore rain forests, hike to remote waterfalls and lounge on sandy beaches drinking rum drinks.

One of our favorite things to do on vacation is to eat! We're hoping to get a true taste of Ecuador, and are looking forward to visiting the different local restaurants. Hopefully we will find places to Salsa Dance.

We are looking forward to our Honeymoon. It was a long shot that we got on the Deep Blue, and we are very excited that the Honeymoon Suite opened up.
