Welcome! Our wedding was an amazing weekend, one we will never forget. We hope you had a wonderful time. Thank you for taking the time to celebrate with us.
Now we have the Honeymoon to look forward to! Thank you to all of you making it happen :)
We know this honeymoon registry idea might be new to some of you. We are travel-addicts and loved that our friends & family could make our plans for an amazing honeymoon a reality. We think it's very special that you would be contributing to our first memories as newlyweds. But of course, no pressure. If you aren't a fan, no worries, we also registered at actual stores.
As we mentioned, we LOVE to travel! We think that travel is the best way to grow as people, the best way to become closer to each other, the only way to see, understand, and appreciate all people from all walks of life. We will forever be bitten by the travel bug. And although this isn't our first trip together this will be our first as a married couple!
Don't be afraid to give as much as you want, we won't hold it against you. The best part about it is that when you give a gift, we get an email that tells us what you gave and we'll send you a photo when we get back! You are important to us and we thank you for your love and support.
We were looking forward to our European Adventure but unfortunately things come up and Nick recently found out he needs to be a work training so we cannot go away right after the wedding. We will be pushing our honeymoon back a little bit. We have decided to wait until December to go to Thailand (when the weather is ideal). But don't worry we will still be using your very thoughtful gifts. They are all easily translatable to luxuries in Thailand.
We'll be traveling to several spots in Thailand. This way we get the best of both worlds with some city, some jungle and some beach.
Feel free to email us at ChalfinLewis@gmail.com with suggestions especially if you've traveled to Thailand, we'd love to hear about it!
We're going to Bangkok, Ko Samui, Ko Tao, ChiangMai Thailand!
We'll spend our first 3 days in Bangkok. We'll Ring in the New Year and get acclimated to our surrounds (lots of Pad Thai & Massages) Maybe we'll shop for some silk. Then we'll focus on beach life on 2 different islands: Ko Samui & Ko Tao. Maybe some more massages :) Then we'll travel to the jungles of the north in Chiang Mai playing with some elephants and learning to cook thai dishes. More massages. These are just some high lights, read below for a more detailed version.
