We'd first like to say that your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. It isn't lost on us that many of you will be traveling for hours, if not days, to celebrate with us. The time, effort, and expense of traveling to join us in France is something we deeply appreciate. We are so blessed to be able to celebrate this new season with you.

We have been blessed to have a lot of the "essential" home items a newly engaged couple needs. We hope you find this registry as a way to help us make our perfect honeymoon come true! While we have taken many trips together with family and friends, we are looking forward to our first real adventure as husband and wife.

It is because of the lifetime of memories we will gain from this trip that we finally settled on a honeymoon registry. Jason and I have one of the best things in common besides our love for God and people: a deep love for travel.

The idea for this trip didn't start out as an Around The World honeymoon, actually. It started out as a way to surprise Jason (he doesn't like surprises very much, but I have a wonderful track record). Jason has absolutely NO IDEA where we're going on our honeymoon until we arrive at each of the airports. So for the purpose of keeping this a surprise, the registry will feature generic (but exciting) activities we're going to embark on.

We will try hard to update you with the six or so destinations as we explore them, but just know that they will be extremely unconventional, like us! We are an adventurous duo, so don't be surprised if you find a photo of us in Tibet or Papua New Guinea.

We greatly appreciate and will fondly remember these gifts for years to come. After all, the memories from this honeymoon will last a lot longer than a set of dishware (especially at our breakage rate!).

We'll do our best to document our experience and include it in your much-deserved "thank you" note.
