Thank you for visiting our registry page! As you know, experiencing the world and volunteering are two of our shared passions, and we’re thrilled to be combining the two for our honeymoon. In January, we're climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and volunteering at an orphanage in Kenya.
When we look back on our lives together, it is our experiences and adventures that we will cherish. This adventure will be one that makes an impact on the lives of others, and one we will remember for the rest of our lives.
While we feel like we're on top of the world now, we will be at the top of Africa in January (19,340 ft/5895 meters). Thank you for considering this meaningful gift in honor of our wedding. We look forward to celebrating with you when we return!

We're going to Tanzania & Kenya!
This is the trip of a lifetime for us – climbing one of the most beautiful mountains in the world while supporting children in Kenya.
Our trek is a fundraiser for the Kenya Children’s Fund. There are 1.7 million children orphaned in Kenya, more than 1/3 of them are orphaned by HIV. As many of you know, Liza has been volunteering her time to HIV causes in Washington D.C. and Africa for the last several years.
Kenya Children's Fund aims to provide orphaned children with their basic needs, while working for a sustainable solution by improving educational opportunities, skills, and self-reliance. Your donation will contribute to providing shelter, food, clothing, education and medical care for these children. We'll spend the last three days of our trip visiting and volunteering in these orphanages in and around Nairobi.
