Hi Goodpeople!
 
First off, we'd like to acknowledge that the time, effort, and expense of traveling to be with us is a gift enough. Over the years we have amassed quite a lot of the "essential" home items a newly engaged couple needs, so we thought about what types of gifts we like to give each other: experiences.  

Travel was one of the first things we really bonded over in our early "getting  to know you" conversations. And of course, it became a competition of who has been to the most countries, which Jim only marginally won. But the appreciation of experiences was something that was instilled in both of us from a young  age, traveling with our families. So when we talked about our bucket-list places to visit, both of our number 1 spots were taken by Patagonia. Now, when thinking about our honeymoon, we could think of no better place to celebrate our marriage.

We greatly appreciate your gift of memories, something that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. We'll do our best to document our experience via photo and include it in your much-deserved "thank you" note.
