First off, we'd like to say that your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. What we want most for our wedding is to have all of our friends and family together. Please do not feel obligated to give us a gift. Whether you are making the trip from near or far we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. That said, if you really would like to get us something tangible, here are some suggestions.
We are, of course, registered at the typical stores but are very blessed with having many of the "essential" items needed for a newly hitched coupleā¦. So we thought a honeymoon fund would be another great gift option for those wanting to help us have a fun-filled honeymoon! We hope you find this option as a way to help us make our perfect honeymoon come true! Since we have always shared a passion for seeing new places and doing new things, what better way to celebrate the beginning of our married life!!! We are very much looking forward to our first real adventure as husband and wife! We decided to have a honeymoon fund and hope to show you all what we have planned after the wedding and to give you the chance to contribute to this amazing trip! This fund is inclusive of all the fun things we will plan for our honeymoon - including flights, hotels, excursions and food. We sincerely thank you for making our honeymoon a possibility. The memories we will make while on our first vacation as husband and wife are memories that will be with us forever. We would love to share these memories and our fun adventures with you when we return.
We're going to Carlsbad,San Diego,Catalina, San Fran,Napa,!
We are very excited to have a mixture of relaxation and californian adventure while on our honeymoon. With our crazy schedules, our honeymoon will probably be one of the few times we get to spend an entire week together. For our first two nights, we will be staying at La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California (compliments of the Ellen Degeneres Show). From there, we will head to San Diego, sight seeing and exploring the coast. We will then take the ferry to Catalina Island for 1.5 days to partake in snorkeling and time on the water. To save time on travel, we will be flying from Long Beach to San Francisco where we will spend time in the bay and city. From there, we will be on to Napa Valley for two nights--time in the countryside...with lots of wine tasting of course.
