Hi everyone!

Thanks for visiting our honeymoon registry. We truly enjoyed seeing everybody at our wedding. It was wonderful to have all of our friends and family there to share this special day with us. We especially appreciated all of you that live outside of the Washington, DC area who traveled to DC to attend. We hope you enjoyed this special day as much as we did!!

As you know we love to travel and we are taking a wonderful honeymoon to Thailand and Cambodia. Originally we had planned to take our trip right after the wedding; but a death in the family caused us to delay our trip to the winter when the weather will be great and we will be able to do some activities that are not generally available during the summer. The flights are booked and since we have most of what we need for starting our home together we thought it would be fun for people to participate by gifting us some special extras and needed necessities during our honeymoon!

We will fly into Bangkok and spend a few days around the bustling city before we head up north to Chiang Mai and the hill tribe region. Here we plan to explore the ancient temples, take a Thai home cooking class, take an elephant trek through the hill tribe region and do lots of shopping. Then we plan to fly down south to the beaches for some relaxation and under water adventures. We plan to go scuba diving around the Similian Islands and relax on the beaches with cocktails in hand. In between our stops we will be doing much sight seeing and immersing ourselves in local culture. After a week or so down south we'll make our way back to Bangkok to travel over to Cambodia and Laos to explore the temples and culture and do more diving! We look forward to an exciting and relaxing trip and invite you to participate through this web site.
