Hello to All,
We are excited to see you all on the 5th of May. Cinqo-de-Mayo was our very first date and although our wedding took place on December 16th, we decided to have our wedding celebration on our anniversary. Looks like we will now have two anniversaries to celebrate. It took us 15 years and New York State 235 years to get us to the alter, but we could not be happier. Some of our friends have asked if we feel differently now that we are married. I don't think either of us expected to feel differently. But there is something profound about standing up and articulating to each other and your friends in your own words your commitment to one another-- so the answer is yes, -- unexpectedly and profoundly different.

Many of our friends have asked if and where we are registered. After 15 years together and a major renovation just a year ago, there is not much we need. Though for years we have dreamed of a trip to Italy. A honeymoon seems the perfect excuse to finally get there. So we found this registry that allows our friends to help us to realize our dream. We love to travel and would love to think that our friends and family are a part of making our dream come true. Our plan is to start in Venice, then to Florence, Rome and to end our trip on the west coast on a beach resting from visiting museums and galleries and sampling the Italian cuisine. Any suggestions for where to end on the west coast, where we can lie on a beach and rest from our travels are welcome. Additionally, any suggestions of what to do and things to see and where to eat would be greatly appreciated.
