Morgan & Winston

November 2, 2013

We’ve been asked what we’d like for a gift and the answer is simple: you, at our wedding, having a great time.

But if you insist, then we’ll say what we’d also love is the most amazing honeymoon possible. We have been blessed to have a lot of the "essential" home items a newly wedded couple needs. We hope you find this registry as a way to help us make our perfect honeymoon come true! While Mitch and I have taken many exciting trips together, we are very much looking forward to our first real adventure as husband and wife. It is because of the lifetime of memories we will gain from this trip that we finally settled on a honeymoon registry. We greatly appreciate and will fondly remember these gifts for years to come.

We’ll send you a photo of us enjoying your gift when we return, along with our sincerest thanks.

Love,

Morgan & Mitch

We're going to Bangalore, Chikmaglur, Hampi, Badami, Hubli!

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain

When we first began discussing the honeymoon plans, we actually hadn't even considered having one. The thought of taking off of work, leaving the kids, finding someone to feed the igauna and tarantula and gerbils, not to mention, Mitch without his Dew and Morgan without her "stuff"... then, we had a novel idea!

We should leave our comfortable, busy little nest and go far, far away...to a place we'd never been and have an adventure we'd never forget. We chose India!

So...why India?

For Morgan, it's the food, the culture, the shopping, and the elephants...for Mitch, it's the sheer amount of raw, beautiful footage, the hundreds of pictures, and the weather. For both of us, it's the extraordinary experience that we can share for our lifetimes.

We plan to spend nine days (while the children on are spring break) in the culturally rich southern regions of Bangalore, Chikmaglur, Hampi, Badami, and Hubli. We hope to be inspired by all of the beauty and richness these areas have to offer.
