When you get married when you are as old as we are, you do not expect or deserve presents. Honestly, what will make us most happy is if you can join us on August 2nd.

From the very start of our relationship we have always been an “unconventional” couple; we hope to carry that “non-traditional” theme to our wedding day and even our gift registry.

We realize some of you may want to give us a wedding gift to celebrate our new life together. As many of you know, when you cross that 40-year old hurdle (OK, that only applies to Randy) you start to understand that you want a little less stuff and a few more experiences. Therefore, we decided not to register for traditional gifts like a normal couple, but instead opted to register for the different elements of our honeymoon in Belize. Your generosity will provide us with an opportunity to start our married life with a big adventure and give us memories that will last a life time. As a thank you, we’ll send you lots of photos so you can live vicariously through us!

For those of you who are a bit more traditional, we also hope to create a registry at Crate & Barrel (OK, some stuff is still cool).
