This is our dream trip - China and Indonesia! We will be diving in the most beautiful waters in the world, climbing volcanoes, and experiencing some of the most varied and delicious cuisine in the world! We hope to learn new cultures and experience new culinary delights, and then come back and throw parties to share it all with you, as you are making this trip a possibility for us :)
We will not be traveling until 2013, when we can take an entire month to give this trip justice!

We're going to Hong Kong, China, Indonesia!
We will begin our journey in Hong Kong, where we will stay with Frank Smigelski (thanks Frank!) - amy's uncle Karl's brother. We will visit Hong Kong for a few days and then travel by train into China to the beautiful city of Guilin. Following Guilin, we will train to Shanghai and spend a few days in the city. From Shanghai, we will travel by plane into Indonesia, either in Bali, or Manado. In Indonesia, we will travel to the jungles of Kalimata to see the orangutans, dive the waters of Sulawesi, and explore the Javanese cities of Bali and Solo. We will then return to the US with a renewed spirit of adventure filled with the sites, smells, and tastes of the other side of the world!
